Production Process
1. Making Sample:
The sample is the first step to confirm every detailes, and also prove the the mass
production sample.
2. Cutting Workshop:
The material of products are cutted by hand, and some are punched by machine.
3. Sewing Workshop:
We have 3-5 sewing workshop lines, every lines have about 10-15 workers. We always hire skilled
workers, to ensure to make every product perfect, at the same time, we have inpection for every
working line.
4. QC Department:
Every product are checked and then packed to ensure every one is perfect.
5. Shipping:
Our skilled sales team will contact and deal with the shipping to deliver to you.

All materials can pass test of AZO Free, Low Cadmium.If you need
REACH,SHVC,EN71 and 6P European Standard, if you are required
